Returns shipping is NOT free and you have up to 30 days from ship date to return or exchange items by mail that are purchased directly from zimegoapparel.com.

You don't need to contact us prior to returning your parcel, simply click HERE (https://zimego.returnscenter.com/) to request a return and follow the instruction.

In order to receive a full amount refund, your return item must meet the following conditions: 

- must be received within 30 days of receiving your order

- must be new and unworn with all original swing tags attached 

- must not be marked as a Final Sale item on our website (this is in the product description and applies to all styles which are reduced to $20 and under)  

- must not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing power 

We will inspect all return items upon receipt - any returns which fail to comply with the above will be sent back to you. 

Expedite or additional shipping service paid by customer is not refundable unless marked as lost during transit.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense - we will not refund or add credit or the cost of return postage. 

We will not process returns until your item is received by us.
