RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

    • Keep the tags on: Don't remove the tags from the garment.
    • Check for wear: Make sure the garment is unused and has no signs of wear.
    • Ship promptly: Ship the item back as soon as possible.
    • Track the refund: After shipping the item, check your email for updates on the status of your refund.



HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1) Request Return/Refund online or contact customer service - Hello@zimegoapparel.com
2) If you contact us by email, please indicate your order number, reason for return and whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
3) For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
4) Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag and bring it to your closest USPS office. Click here to find the closest location.
5) Return with USPS First Class Mail and send us the tracking number printed on your receipt.

    The color is very rich and looks better than it did in the picture. As with the other dark-colored shirt I ordered, I did have to wash it by itself before use as per the label that came with the shirt, which worked fine. A lovely shirt, good cut. Size as described.

    Soft and comfortable

    Looks great on my husband. I got him a size XL and he is very fit, 6’1” 185 lbs. The shirt is very soft and has a nice look. It is not very formal yet looks very business casual with the collar and buttons. Looks great with jeans.

    This shirt looks really nice, fits as expected. I bought this to wear at work so I'll be removing the tag on the right side hip. The material is light which I like. I can't comment on quality really as I've only worn it once so far, only time will tell but it looks to be good quality material.
